According to article 13 of the legislative decree 196/03, better knows as "Code of Privacy", Lorien Consulting S.r.l., holder of the treatment, supplies You the following information relative to the treatment of personal data gathered exclusively for the creation and execution of contractual relationships  underway with You.

The ordinance of said data is optional. An eventual refusal from conferring them on Your part impedes the stipulation of the contract, or its correct course, such as the fulfilment of legal obligations, as well as fiscal, deriving from it. Personal data, as well as other information regarding You (such as domiciliation and bank account information) are treated for finalities strictly connected and instrumental to the execution of the contractual rapport and of the services pertaining to it (compiling of personal data, internal statistics, accounting), and to satisfy obligations foreseen by norms and laws, civil and fiscal. The treatment is performed by subjects placed in charge, through manual, IT and data transmission instruments, with logics strictly interrelated to the finalities for which these have been gathered and registered and, however, in a way so as to guarantee the security and privacy of the data itself.

The data relative to You/Your company or, where necessary, to those physical persons acting as agents for it, can be communicated to subjects in charge of performing payments and collections, or of providing counselling in legal and contractual fields, as well as Public Authorities or Administrations, for the fulfilment of laws. The ordinance of personal data as illustrated by the present informational document has coercive nature and as such does not require the concerned person’s consent, as per article 24, comma 1, letter b) ("necessary treatment for the execution of obligations deriving from a contract to which the concerned person is part of"). You can turn to the above mentioned privacy manager to obtain knowledge of the list of names of the sub-managers placed in charge by the manager of specific phases or sectors of the treatment, as well as to assert Your rights so as foreseen by article 7 of the legislative decree n. 196/03.

In detail, You can receive confirmation or denial of the existence of personal data that concern You and receive communication of such in intelligible form. You can likewise know the origin of the data, the finalities of the treatment and its modalities, as well as the logic applied to the performed treatment through IT instruments; You will also be able to request the update, the correction or – if You have interest in it – the integration of the data that concern You.

You also have the right to obtain the cancellation, the transformation into anonymous form or the blocking of the data eventually treated in violation of the law, as well as the right to oppose treatment for legitimate reasons. Ultimately, You have the right to oppose to any treatment finalized to the delivery of advertising material, direct sale, fulfilment of market research or commercial communication.
