Public Affairs

Lorien Public Affairs finds out, creates and manages appropriate tools to gather and monitor information, evaluations and opinions regarding an event, a context, a service supplied thanks to specific interventions and well-tested ad hoc methods. The final aim is to improve the quality of the relations between Institutions and Citizens.

The citizen is the starting point for the investigations and researches of this Division, which sets a relational model at the basis of each survey.

RELATIONAL MODEL INSTITUTION-CITIZEN

  • gather information about the citizen: a strategic asset;
  • judge the value of the citizen for the Institution;
  • find out needs and expectations;
  • define strategies according to individual needs and expectations;
  • choose the most suitable and effective activities as for the interaction with the citizen;
  • operate according to the strategies;
  • manage the relation.

The privileged Interlocutors of Lorien Public Affairs are many and various:

  • National Institutions (Prime Minister, Chamber of Deputies, Senate, Ministries, Council Departments...);
  • Local Institutions (Regions, Provinces, Municipalities, Local Health Authorities, Public Utilities);
  • Culture and entertainment (Bodies, Foundations, Associations, Providers);
  • Political Subjects (Parties, Candidates, Coalitions, lists).

Through the years the Public Affairs Division has implemented specific quantitative and qualitative methods with the help of consultants, advanced tools and resources and a highly qualified research structure.

The main research areas of this Division are:

  • research on Citizen Satisfaction: gathering the opinions of the citizens on the actions of an administration, a foundation or a body, evaluating the satisfaction, the possible critical states and planning an intervention strategy aiming at improving its perception;
  • research on Social-Political Environment: the analysis aimed at finding the trust/criticality indicators within the Institutions and economy of a Country or town;
  • opinion pool carried out for the media in order to monitor the attitudes towards specific issues;
  • research on political-electoral issues, at all levels (National, Regional, Municipal and Provincial) in order to find out the political trend, the vote preferences, the election flow, awareness and opinion on politicians, parties and candidates.
